At Kicks N Clothing Ltd we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (unless it’s Pre-Loved)
3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team to ensure it is in the exact same condition as when it was sent. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed after the item has been received.
6. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exclusions: Items that have been specifically sourced in for a customer are NOT eligible for 
return.
